Who we are
Fort Myers Excavation is a referral service connecting property owners with independent excavation and land clearing contractors. We are not a licensed contractor. We don't perform excavation, land clearing, tree removal, grading, trenching or other construction work, and we're not a party to agreements between you and a contractor. Descriptions of work on this site describe what contractors in the area do, not work performed by us.
No guarantees
We don't guarantee any contractor's availability, pricing, schedule, workmanship, license, insurance or warranty. Check licenses with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and get terms in writing.
Information on this site
Prices are published ranges, not quotes. Summaries of city, county and state rules are general information, not legal, engineering or arborist advice, and may be out of date.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from this site, a referral or a contractor's work.
Law
Florida law governs these terms.
